Website Design & Development Services

Deposit Refunds (50% Initial Payment)

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit available if you cancel before we start design work
  • During Planning Phase: 75% refund available if cancelled after planning but before design phase
  • During Design Phase: 50% refund available if cancelled after design concepts presented but before development
  • During Development Phase: No refund available once development has commenced, as significant resources have been invested

Final Payment Refunds (50% Completion Payment)

  • Pre-Launch Issues: If we fail to deliver a functional website meeting agreed specifications, full refund of final payment available.
  • Post-Launch Issues: If critical functionality fails within 7 days of launch due to our error, we will fix issues at no cost or provide partial refund
  • Client Satisfaction: No refund available after client approval and website launch, but we offer 3 months free maintenance to address concerns

Important: Refunds do not include third-party costs such as premium plugins, stock images, or domain/hosting fees already purchased on your behalf.

 

SEO Services

  • First Month: Full refund available if you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days of service
  • Ongoing Services: You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refund for current month, but no charges for subsequent months
  • Performance Guarantee: If we don’t improve your rankings within 6 months, we’ll continue working at no cost until we do, or provide refund of last 3 months fees

PPC Advertising Management

  • Setup Fee: 50% refund available if you cancel before campaigns launch; no refund after campaigns are live
  • Monthly Management Fees: Full refund of management fee if campaigns don’t launch due to our error
  • Ad Spend: Your advertising budget paid directly to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable through us
  • Cancellation: You may cancel management services anytime with 30 days notice without penalty

Email Marketing Services

  • Setup Services: 50% refund available if infrastructure setup incomplete or non-functional
  • Campaign Services: Full refund if campaigns not sent as scheduled due to our error
  • Monthly Services: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice; no refund for current month

Website Maintenance & Support Services

Monthly Plans: Pro-rated refund available for unused days if you cancel mid-month

  • Service Failures: Full month refund if we fail to perform required updates or respond to support requests within agreed timeframe
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: First month 100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email info@fluxverge.com or call our support line with your refund request
  2. Provide Details: Include your name, project/service details, invoice number, and reason for refund request
  3. Review Process: We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with approval or need for additional information
  4. Resolution Discussion: Before processing refund, we’ll discuss if there’s a way to address your concerns and continue service
  5. Refund Processing: If refund approved, payment will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • Hosting fees paid to third-party providers
  • Premium plugins, themes, or software licenses purchased for your project
  • Stock photos, graphics, or other licensed content
  • Third-party service fees (payment gateways, email service providers, etc.)
  • Work completed and approved by client before cancellation
  • Services cancelled due to client breach of contract
  • Advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to first discuss your concerns with our management team. We are committed to fair treatment and will reconsider decisions when presented with additional information or perspective.

If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, disputes may be resolved through mediation under Nigerian law, with both parties agreeing to act in good faith toward resolution.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. However, any changes will not affect refund requests for services purchased before the policy change.
